Cancellation & No-Show Policy We value your time and ours. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect our appointment policy: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be subject to a 50% or 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the card on file. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events happen. If you believe you were unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us directly.
